What do I wear?

Come dressed in comfy cozy clothes.

What do I bring?

Water bottle, blanket to get snuggly, yoga mat-anything you need to be comfortable laying on the floor for an hour. Maybe some chapstick if your lips are dry.

Who can participate? 

Anyone except: It is not appropriate for pregnant women, for persons with cardiovascular problems, including angina or heart attack, high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, history of seizures, stroke, major psychiatric conditions, recent surgery, acute infectious illness, or epilepsy. If you have any doubt about whether you should participate, consult with your physician. People with asthma should bring their inhaler and consult with their physician.

Should I eat before?

 No! Avoid food 2 hours prior to the session. You can eat something light if needed but don't eat a whole pizza 10 minutes prior to the session.

When should I get there?

When you are doing a session either in person or in a group prepare by getting set up a few minutes before the start time. If you need to use the potty do that also.
