In person group session
Angie’s breathwork class was a great experience. I never imagined how relaxed and centered my body would feel after just one session. Her voice is so soothing and calm. She does a great job of taking you through the journey of breathwork and helping center your mind and body. I will definitely be attending another session in the future.
Zoom 1:1 session
When we slowed down the breathing, my body felt relaxed and I was able to receive some clear thoughts. I really appreciated her explaining the different types of breath we practiced. Angie was great afterwards, I felt very seen and heard. I felt very safe sharing my experience with her. I felt like my subconscious is telling me to be a fucking bad ass!!!
In person group session
I did a breath work session with Angie not knowing what kind of experience this would be for me! Angie was very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease! During the session I felt vulnerable and just let myself completely immerse into it! She comforted me when I needed it! I highly recommend taking a session Angie!! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

I’m a repeat client with Angie and keep coming back because she is truly exceptional at what she does. She has such a kind presence and an incredible ability to hold space in a way that feels safe and grounding. Her calming voice and gentle guidance make it easy to fully drop into the breathwork experience. Whenever I’m feeling uneasy or disconnected, I seek her out to help bring me back to myself. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
In person 1:1 session
In my healing journey, this was my first one-on-one experience with breath work and not having done this before, I didn’t know what to expect. However with this being my first experience, I’ll say with Angie…the bar is set high!
Angie’s presence and setting are so peaceful, warm, welcoming and comfortable that it only sets you up for a positive experience.
It was absolutely transformative for me, The healing continues even after the session is over and I will definitely be returning for more sessions!
In person group session
I had a session with Angie and ended up falling asleep — which honestly says a lot about how safe, calming, and grounding the experience was. The session deeply relaxed me and helped my body fully let go.
Even though I drifted off, I still felt a sense of clarity and calm afterward, and I can tell the breathwork was doing exactly what it needed to do. Angie creates a supportive, judgment-free space and guides you with care and intention.
I’m excited to book another breathwork session and experience it again. I recommend Angie’s Breathwork for stress and anxiety relief and deep relaxation.
In person 1:1 session
I recently had a Somatic Breathwork session in the Quad cities with Angie’s Somatic Breathwork, and it was a complete game changer for my overall stress levels. Unlike regular meditation, this felt like a total “reset button” that was hit. I could actually feel the tension leaving my entire body as I focused on the rhythmic deep breathing and breath holds. By the end of the session, the stagnant energy had cleared, and I felt a profound sense of calmness and clarity that I hadn’t experienced in years. I have had so many unique experiences with breathwork and believe everyone should try it. It can help in so many ways. I have processed emotions, relieved pain by the end of a session, and hadmany insights during sessions.
