In person group session
Angie’s breathwork class was a great experience. I never imagined how relaxed and centered my body would feel after just one session. Her voice is so soothing and calm. She does a great job of taking you through the journey of breathwork and helping center your mind and body. I will definitely be attending another session in the future.
Zoom session
When we slowed down the breathing, my body felt relaxed and I was able to receive some clear thoughts. I really appreciated her explaining the different types of breath we practiced. Angie was great afterwards, I felt very seen and heard. I felt very safe sharing my experience with her. I felt like my subconscious is telling me to be a fucking bad ass!!!
